Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Once you have registered and paid for the course, you will receive reading to complete prior to the course as well as an activity book. Those materials will be covered in great detail during the course. Many students taking this course will continue on the Pathway to Traffic ManagementConstruction Induction Card and/or Certificate III Civil Construction Plant Operations. Some will decide to pursue their Certificate III Landscape Operations or Certificate III Rural Operations.

1. Plan and Prepare

  • Traffic controllers access, interpret and apply site traffic management plan procedures and ensure the work activity is compliant.
  • You will need to obtain, confirm, clarify and apply the correct work instructions.
